WE ARE OUT OF STOCK ON THE DOLL-SIZE CARRIAGE AND EXPECT MORE IN THIS SUMMER. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THIS INCONVENIENCE. WE DO HAVE THE LARGER BABY CARRIAGE IN STOCK (WHITE, WALNUT AND WHITEWASH/IVORY), AND WE HAVE BOTH WEDDING WAGONS FOR BABIES AND CHILDREN.
Wicker By Design offers this elegant doll-sized baby carriage or pram for infants or as a flower carriage for the flower girl. These antique reproductions of vintage Victorian carriage designs are made with exceptional quality from the intricate weave of the wicker top to the sturdy metal undercarriage and wheels.
After the wedding ceremony, the carriage will become a cherished piece for designer dolls, the baby’s room or for play. The construction and design of these carriages and wagons are the best available – wicker basket tops are reinforced and strong, we include seat belts if needed, the metal undercarriage and wheels (with rubber rims) are sturdy and functional, the beautiful beadwork on the wicker and the artistic metal designs in the basket section are unique. We have received enthusiastic praise from our customers after the wedding day; they were delighted with the way that their special little person had been a part of the wedding and all the compliments they received on the carriage.
The internal dimensions of the carriage (where the baby would lie or sit) are: wood seat 16 1/2" X 9" opening to 20" X 10" at the top; front is 61/2" tall, back is 12 1/2" tall and the lowest point on the sides is 4". We have a liner that covers the seat and back for $30; seatbelt is included with the carriage price.
Assembly: The undercarriage is already screwed onto the bottom of the basket section. The wheels need to be put on: unscrew the end cap on axle end, put the wheel on, rescrew end cap and then use the cotter pin to secure the end cap so it won’t unscrew when rolled. Don’t mix and match end caps; they match the post they are on.
