A wedding wagon can be an elegant and functional addition for a wedding ceremony in which a baby, a young child or a flower girl is part of the family: a grandchild, a new arrival, niece, nephew or other close relative. For a special wedding procession, our wedding wagon will safely and elegantly show the child in the procession. The wagon can also serve as a beautiful vehicle for the flower girl to bear flowers. Once the big occasion is passed, you may want to consider selling the wagon to your photographer. The props are often used by portrait photographers to pose infants and babies for studio photographs.
Sometimes families have used a play wagon with low sides. But, our elegant wagon has many unique features which make it a superior choice for a wedding or special event: a deep seat (11” from seat to top of the basket), a seat belt with Velcro, a jump seat which can be easily removed so that toddlers or sitting babies can ride higher but still sit safely (8” from seat to top of basket section), open metal design gives the child a steadying handhold, pillows and cushions available for a young baby who needs to be propped up, wedding color choices (white and whitewash/ivory), can hold a toddler and sitting baby, one child or a favorite small pet – easily up to 60 pounds, wheels have a rubber rim for any surface. Of course, it rolls and can be steered with the handle. The internal dimensions of the wagon (the space the baby/child will sit) are: wood seat is 27" X 12 1/2"; front is 6" tall; back is 12" tall. Assembly: Screw the undercarriage to the bottom of the seat section; we predrill the holes and provide screws. Then, the wheels need to be put on: unscrew the end cap on axle end, put the wheel on, rescrew end cap and then use the cotter pin to secure the end cap so it won’t unscrew when rolled. Don’t mix and match end caps; they match the post they are on.
