In general, we are able to ship in stock props to arrive within one to two weeks of an order. We almost always ship by Fedex ground with shipping taking anywhere from one to five days from the day of departure from our warehouse. If we are out of stock in an item or if our shipping is backlogged, we will inform you upon your order. We ALWAYS charge credit cards on the day we ship and we will NEVER charge your card if an item is not in stock. We guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase and will gladly refund your money within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect the product upon its return in case of damage or discoloration to the prop or fabric. In order to protect the prop, it should be repackaged in the same box in which it was shipped. We ask that the customer pay for return freight and insurance up to the retail value. Wicker By Design accepts all major credit cards, VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. Of course, we also accept prepayments by check or money order. We apologize but we do not ship COD. We certainly understand that many studios carry dozens if not hundreds of props and accessories. Storage can be a very real problem. Shelving is the best option since it supports the prop. However, some photographers use hangers. We urge care with hangers if they are used for wicker. Another idea for photographers who double studios in their homes is to place your wicker and accessories in the house. For example, the wicker Adult Divan makes a wonderful accent piece in a bedroom. Another suggestion is to clear out props that you no longer use. Sell at a reduced price (Wicker By Design props have been known to sell at retail value on Ebay) and keep your clientele excited about fresh ideas. On the humorous side, we certainly do not want you to succumb to the "disaster" that afflicted our friend and photographer Warren Driggers of Columbia, South Carolina.
