Instructions for curtain rod and hooks on top of window frame:

1. There are four cup hooks – open them slightly with pliers and slide the two sides of the rod in from each side.
2. You may need to close the hooks slightly with the pliers to keep the rod sections in place.
3. The idea is that the two pieces of the rod extend off each side.  Then, hang curtains of your choice to finish the window effect.
