In general, we are able to ship in stock props to arrive within one to two weeks of an order. We almost always ship by Fedex ground with shipping taking anywhere from one to five days from the day of departure from our warehouse. If we are out of stock in an item or if our shipping is backlogged (usually only in the first three months of the year), we will inform you upon your order. We ALWAYS charge credit cards on the day we ship and we will NEVER charge your card if an item is not in stock.

We guarantee your satisfaction with your purchase and will gladly refund your money within 30 days of purchase. We reserve the right to inspect the product upon its return in case of damage or discoloration to the prop or fabric. In order to protect the prop, it should be repackaged in the same box in which it was shipped. We ask that the customer pay for return freight and insurance up to the retail value.
